We do not offer returns or exchanges for clothing items to ensure product quality and safety. Please review product details carefully before purchase. Exceptions are made for defective or damaged items if reported within 3 days of receipt. Since the products will be double checked for quality before dispatch, an uninterrupted (without pause) opening video of the product must be shared with us through mail for initiating returns. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for products which do not have free shipping. Refund amount will be credited within 10 business days. No returns for selected products with hand work, thread work etc. Nuurikha will not be responsible for the damages caused during the shipment period.
